Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of video production, music production and related creative services by Kris Polański Produkcje ("we", "us", "our"). We are a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For any queries, please contact us at info@krispolanskiprodukcje.com.

2. Services

We provide production of music videos, commercials, event coverage and music content. Specific deliverables, timelines and formats will be agreed in writing (email or contract) before work begins.

3. Bookings & deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final delivery of the completed project. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

4. Project scope, revisions & additional charges

The agreed project scope (as detailed in the booking confirmation or contract) defines what is included in the quoted price. Two rounds of revisions are included as standard. Additional revisions or scope changes requested after the initial agreement may incur extra charges, which will be quoted and approved before proceeding.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7-14 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit if the original date cannot be filled.

6. Intellectual property

All raw footage, project files and drafts remain the property of Kris Polański Produkcje until full payment is received. Once the final balance is paid, the client receives full usage rights to the final deliverables as agreed. We retain the right to use the work for portfolio, promotional and showreel purposes unless a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement is in place.

7. AI disclosure

Some content may be produced using AI-assisted tools (for example, image generation, audio processing or editing assistance), always combined with human creative direction and post-production. Any AI-generated elements are reviewed, edited and approved by a human producer before delivery.

8. Liability limitations

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, releases or licences for talent, locations and music used in the production.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
